3. Free Plan

Our Free plan has no subscription fee, and therefore no refunds are applicable.

4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account and go to Settings
  • Click "Manage Subscription" to access your billing portal
  • Select "Cancel Subscription"

After cancellation:

  • You will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan when the paid period ends

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day period:

  3. Provide your account email address and transaction date

We will process your request within 1-2 business days and notify you via email. Alternatively, you may also request a refund through your billing portal or by contacting our payment processor directly.

6. Payment Processor Terms

ColdMailAI uses third-party payment processors (such as Paddle) to handle subscriptions. These processors act as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your purchase is subject to their standard buyer terms, which include consumer protection rights.

For transactions processed through Paddle, you have statutory withdrawal rights as outlined in Paddle's Buyer Terms.

7. Payment Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, please contact us at support@loadingapp.top before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly.
